Annual State Urban Forestry Conference - Salem.  The annual state urban forestry conference, sponsored by ODF and OCT, will be held at the new Salem Conference Center.  The theme for this year is "How Trees Create Community" and featured speakers include Dr. Kathy Wolf of the University of Washington, Wilsonville Mayor Charlotte Lehan, and many others.  Click HERE for a registration form.
